Just as divinity is stored in certain places in the world e.g., Shaktipeeths, Mount Kailash, Jerusalem, Mount Sinai etc, similarly the energy of creation is also stored in certain elements of the earth. Earth’s energy is in fire, water, air, sky, ether (the five elements). The power houses of these energies are in different areas.
- Volcanoes & Mountains: Energy in form of fire is in the lava. Initially lava was even on surface of earth. Gradually earth cooled down and lava (fire) is in centre of earth. It is because of this mismatch of temperature between surface of earth and centre of earth that the earth rotates on its axis in 24 hours. Thus, lava has tremendous energy. This lava erupts on the surface of the earth in form of volcanoes. These volcanoes over a period of time become mountains that are powerhouses of energy. All spiritual mountains like Girnar, Kailash, Sinai, Fukushima (Japan) are originally volcanoes. Because they were connected to this fire energy, they are powerhouses. And fire is a medium to connect to God (Vedic rituals always have fire, Zoroastrian’s worship fire, Egyptians worshipped fire). By visiting these mountains , one recharges with this energy and connects physically, mentally & spiritually with God.
- Hot springs: There are areas on earth where water emerges from the earth in form of hot springs. It is this fire that heats up water in the earth and this comes up in form of hot springs or steam. These areas also recharge you. If you connect with God when you visit these areas, they also recharge you spiritually. Thus, Tulsi shyam (Girnar), Damodar kund (Girnar), Budapest, all have hot springs. Since they come from deep in earth, they also contain various minerals that heal certain physical ailments. The biggest spring is the Dead Sea. Since it is so big, it does not appear hot, but the water is certainly healing.
- Auroras : Just as there is energy in water & fire, similarly there is energy in air. When this energy in air gets concentrated, it gives rise to lights in the sky which is known as auroras. These are energy sources. They are not divine beings. These auroras occur at higher altitude (e.g., Mansarovar) or at higher latitude (North pole or south pole). They occur in colder climate, thus are seen very often at brahma Murat (3am) when temperature is coldest as compared to rest of the day. When you see auroras, you get recharged. Don’t think of auroras as divine beings, they are just energy lights.

- These are topics of various aspects of spirituality as told by Para.
