Khodaiji (Zoroaster) is a spiritual guru of Parsees. Khodaiji was their spiritual guru about two and half thousand years ago. He taught them the way of life. Khodaiji lived in present-day Iran. Iran at that time did not have any Muslims or Christians. It was known as Persia. Persia was the cradle of civilization. From Persia, religion spread throughout the world. Parsi religion is one of the oldest in the world. It is as old as the Vedanta. Vedanta had no origin. It is there right from the beginning. Parsi religion has emerged from Egyptian civilization. It is a remnant of Egyptian religion. Thus, in Parsi religion, they believed a lot in occultism. Since it is like Vedanta, there are lot of rituals similar to Hinduism e.g., Janoi ( Sacred thread ceremony) and Navjot (name ceremony).
Parsi – means one who crosses the sea of life. Parsis worship fire. Through fire you can communicate with astral world, occult world and God. It is the channel to merge in God. Thus, they worship that channel.
Fables of Sinbad, other Persian tales are not a figment of imagination. They are stories based on real incidents. Persians were persecuted by Europeans and Mongols. Present-day Persians are a mixture of these two races. Persia taught the world concept of time, concept of water harvesting, concept of fire (doorway to God) and concept of occult communication.
Khodaiji taught them forgiveness. Khodaiji led people away from occultism. He taught them compassion. Thus, Parsees are the greatest philanthropists. Parsee religion is not about bhakti, but achievement of God through occultism. Fire is their doorway, compassion is their way. They also have scriptures which they have to read.
