Yoga is the art of living. Yoga is what keeps balance in life.
• Bhakti (Devotion) yoga keeps balance in bhakti (over bhakti can leads to possessiveness)
• Raj yoga keeps balance in day to day living and it helps you to overcome desires.
• Karma yoga keeps balance in your karma, prevents bad action and helps you do correct action.
• Kriya yoga - helps to control mind.
• Sahaj yoga – It helps in complete surrenderness (samarpan), it is the easiest yoga. You just submit, then everything occurs automatically. It makes you do balance. You have to only follow what is instructed. The guilty feeling that if you don’t do samarpan makes you do that all the time.
• Hath Yoga - It helps you overcome perversions (vikaar). There are yog to control the body. They include hath – you put body through penance to control the mind through asanas. You make body control and achieve body related siddhi through animal postures you achieve certain guna of animals. With hath yoga, asanas (body yoga) you have to do. But it can lead to laziness and you may stop doing.
No yoga is separate from others. Each are part of each other.
Yoga to remain young or prevent aging
• With a particular yoga technique, either you can become young or stay alive for hundreds of years. Most people do sadhana (spiritual practices for siddhi (power). Some people do sadhana for moksh (liberation). Very few do for jagat kalyan (world welfare).
• One who does not want siddhi & thinks that when God wants to give moksh, let him give – on such a person God showers infinite blessings. When such a person walks, there is a cloud protection on top of his head. By this cloud you can come to know that this person is doing jagat kalyan.
What is meant by cloud over head?
Cloud protects. It protects from harsh rays of sun, bad vibes & bad vibes of persons.
• Most people take vairagya (leave the world) to get siddhi. Their desires (vaasnas) are still there. They are deceiving themselves and others. To identify such a person, see their eyes. Their eyes are unsteady, always moving here and there as if searching to get something from someone.
• Identification of sansaari lobhi (worldly greedy). Sansaari lobhi is one who keeps on moving here and there for selfishness (for their own benefit).
Yoga to remain at current age
Exercises – which balance ida & pingla. Normally you take breath from one nostril. When you take breath from both nostrils together, then you get super prana & super oxygen which recharges & charges all cells of the body. When you start taking regular breath, then what is recharged that becomes discharged. When you do these breathing exercises, you can stay alive at current age. Breathing is automatic. Yogis can take breath subconsciously through both nostrils automatically. This can also occur due to some siddhis and some mudras. One cannot do mudras for 24hrs. Thus, there is a secret to do balance of ida & pingla.
Yoga to become young
• This is against nature (prakriti).
• Cycle of life is from young to old. One who is in sansaar (world) proceeds towards old age.
• A person whose senses are not outward but are inwards, he is above the laws of nature. When the vision goes sukshmana (subtle), then laws of nature are not applicable to you.
• Advaita also takes you inwards – who am I, where is brahman but there are questions inside. When the vision goes “sukshamana” there are no questions or search. Where there is no search, no question, then you are stand still – you are there and there and that is why you do not become old.
• Sukshamana means there is something. When you go above sukshamana where there is nothing, then you go in your original swaroop which is formless (mool swaroop) then you can become younger. This can occur when you become nirguna (without any attributes).
• Nirguna can be attained by kripa (grace) & sahajta (on its own). Kripa of one who is nirguna (shiv). If you surrender to him, then you will get this bhaav (emotion). When you become above time, then time cannot affect you.
