Why can’t we then put life into your idol instead?

The life source within us that you gave

Then in your stone idol, why can’t it come to stay?

The formula for it to occur lies in our faith, it can happen

Devotion, worship and will of ours shall make it happen

Centre of our focus is when only you

Then you shall be there, everywhere are you

Be it in the pillar for Prahlad or in an idol for Ramakrishna

You shall be everywhere, when born in us shall Krishna
